Several years after the return of Voyager, Federation and Klingon relations have never been stronger. In an effort to foster understanding they agree to exchange officers and technology.

The USS Razerwolf, an Akira-Class Starship, is the result of these ambitious plans. A Federation ship laced with Klingon technology and with a Klingon captain who learning to match his expectations of honor, duty and loyalty may prove challenging. Success will earn Starfleet a friend, and yourself prestige, glory, and maybe even a position in the Black Fleet someday.
